Hilary Tien, is a dental guide, speaker and expert in dental practice management. She is devoted to educating dentists and teams in accounts receivable, insurance and management methods. Hilary began her career in dentistry as a young girl in her father’s general dentistry practice in Michigan and has held clinical and administrative roles in both general and specialty dental offices. With over two-decades of experience in the dental field she believes that there are many opportunities for offices to succeed without having to make major changes. Although Hilary was accepted to medical and dental school, it wasn’t until she earned her Masters in Healthcare Administration that she found should could apply her skills to her true passion for helping dental businesses so they can better serve their patients, staff and communities.
